RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at LES ICÔNES  and we hope that you love your recent purchase! However, if you are not totally happy with your new item, you may wish to return the item. Please see below details and follow the instructions of LES ICÔNES return & refund policy.

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the day you received the order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. That means all returned items must be send back within 14 days from successful delivery of your online order and require a Returns form enclosed which you can find on our website les-icones.com.

  • To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, unworned, fragrance free and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and including all tags.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Please note we do not offer exchanges, but of course you are welcome to return an item for a refund and re-purchase your preferred item/size once we’ve refunded you.

  • Every product we send out is initially quality controlled, however if you have received a product with a manufacturing fault we will happily replace it or refund the costs as long as you immediately after receipt send us en email: service@les-icones.com and the parcel has been mailed back to us within 1 week after succesfull delivery. Please note that wear and tear in the course of use is not considered a manufacturing fault.

Please print out and fill in the Return form which you can find on clicking this link, to enclose this with your return item. 

 

  1. Prepare your parcel

Please make sure to include the Return form with your return item. Once posted, please email our service team at service@les-icones.com with a tracking number. To return your product, you should mail your parcel to:

  1. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify if it has been approved for refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.
